Option 1 Exmoor Holidays
4 bed house with spectacular sea views
This option is to rent the whole house, (Maxwelton and Bracken) suitable for up to 8 guests plus travel cot, and groups who require 4 bedroom accommodation. Car parking for 2-3 cars.
Our large secure private garden has comfortable patio furnishings and is perfect for dogs and family barbecues. Enjoy cosy winter evenings relaxing in comfort n our spacious lounge-dining room with log burning stove, comfortable leather lounge furniture; SMART TV; extending Laura Ashley dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. Enjoy a sing-a-long around the piano. Fully equipped kitchen and utility with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
Exmoor Holidays includes Bracken ground floor apartment. The connecting door is unlocked so that the house becomes one large property and includes the use of additional ground floor second kitchen, ground floor lounge dining room and bathroom. This is popular with extended families where teenagers or grandparents would like a bit of space as well as having freedom to join the guests upstairs.
Option 2 - Maxwelton
3 bed with spectacular sea views
Maxwelton accommodates 1 – 6 guests + travel cot and is very popular with families, groups of friends and couples who value the enhanced features of spectacular sea views, log burner, large garden with patio and spacious accommodation. The house is built on a hillside so the living and sleeping area is on the first floor, which gives the benefit of having spectacular views across the sea to Wales.
The large private garden and patio is accessed from the kitchen/utility room. Car parking for 1 car.
Option 3 - Bracken
1 bed ground floor apartment
Bracken self contained apartment is popular with single guests and couples. Bracken has a double bedroom, lounge-dining room, kitchen, bathroom with w.c. and garden with seating area, Sea views from the garden. Car parking for 1 car.
