The wind and rain didn’t stop us enjoying our pre-Christmas weekend with friends at Exmoor Holidays in Porlock. We spent Friday browsing the shops in Porlock and Lynton and Lynmouth. On Saturday we enjoyed the Dunster Winter Festival where we loved the stables at Dunster Castle which are ready and waiting for Santa and his reindeer and the carol singers in the Yarn Market put us into the festive spirit.
Our local pub the Ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas, only a 2 min walk from our house it could not be more convenient. Our competitive spirit came out with an evening of board games followed by a game of pool at The Castle in Porlock. Daisy and Pandora enjoyed their winter walks and then chilled out by the fire in the evening.
