Bracken is a 3 star rated self-contained apartment located on the ground floor of Maxwelton. It has its own entrance and garden area with patio and seating for 2. Wifi Access is available. There are sea views from the garden. For parties who are renting Maxwelton in conjunction with Bracken the interlinking door can be unlocked to make the property one house
Accommodation in Bracken Annexe comprises:
A welcome pack, towels and bed linen for the double bed are included in the price quoted for Bracken - if you wish to sleep on the sofa bed please supply your own bedlinen/sleeping bags.
.Please note that there is a coin meter within the apartment for electricity/storage heaters. We will, however, ensure that the meter is fully credited prior to guest arrival, but subsequent top ups if required (unlikely to be needed on short breaks) are the responsibility of the guests
