Last day of school holidays the children and I took Daisy our labradoodle for a dog walk at beautiful Webbers Post, an Exmoor beauty spot which is just a couple of miles from our cottage in Porlock on the road over Dunkery Hill. It’s a lovely walk, and I spent a lot of time here having picnics as a child and riding my pony over the moors. Webber’s Post is on the Coleridge Way and the footpath leads through the woods and down the hill to Horner, where there are delicious tea rooms. There are several riding stables in Horner where you can hire a pony to explore the moorlands and combes.  See Facebook page for more pictures
